As a general contractor and home inspector I have always like helping others get started in a career. Over the years I helped younger general contractors get their inspection license. I have always felt it was good for a home inspector to have a construction back ground.
I met Chris Martin about 10 years ago. In his early 30’s he had been working in construction with his dad for over 20 years. When he decided to work at getting his inspectors license I was glad to work with him. He is by far the most knowledgeable of all the new inspectors that I have worked with.
As a home inspector sees the problem of a home and know what it takes to fix it. Chris helps the client see the answers not the problems. He takes the time needed to explain his finding while at the same time does not alarm the home buyer. He is very good with the clients.
